I'll post the "recipe" ASAP so everyone else can get in on the fun. Other than the sweat equity, it amounted to re-encoding using SUPER and raw edits using VirtualDub - both free. Used the free XVid codec and GoogleVideo/youTube as repositories. I'm not quite done with this meeting and I've got a bunch of mix downs I've been doing of the Carolina North videos still waiting to be finished.
