We are seeking a well-organized and professional individual with excellent follow up skills for our Community Habilitation Program to assist Senior Manager to hire, supervise and train supervisory staff as well as direct support professionals who work independently in and out of the homes of children and/ or adults with developmental disabilities. Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills and possess leadership abilities. Experience working with individuals who have disabilities required. Management experience and BA preferred. This position is full-time and is located in Brooklyn with required travel to other boroughs. Valid driver’s license and own car a plus.
